BC FMEP / MAXIMUS MURDER ANOTHER CANADIAN FATHER

The criminals, both lawyers and public servants, that run the British Columbia Family Maintenance Enforcement Program and their crooked judges on the BC Provincial Court and Supreme Court "murdered" another innocent person again in British Columbia by driving him to commit suicide.

This may not be a murder in the legal sense but in a very practical way they murdered him just like Hitler murdered the Jews many of whom who took their own lives before he could kill them in his death camps.

Chris Beresford (shown in photon left) is the director of FMEP and as such he is the man responsible for what happened and he should be FIRED and put in JAIL along with the crooked judge who ordered Jaermey to pay child support far above what he earned. After the soon to be dead man  testified, the judge, contrary to the evidence, made a false judgment and declared he made a huge income when he was not making that income. The crooked lawyers who persuaded the crooked judge to make a crooked judgment should be put in jail also.

That is how crooked family court judges operate.

Poor Jaeremy A decided to kill himself instead of striking back at his oppressors.

Under section 34 the Criminal Code of Canada,  everyone is entitle to use reasonable force to defend their life.

34 (1) A person is not guilty of an offence if:

• (a) they believe on reasonable grounds that force is being used against them or another person or that a threat of force is being made against them or another person;
• (b) the act that constitutes the offence is committed for the purpose of defending or protecting themselves or the other person from that use or threat of force; and
• (c) the act committed is reasonable in the circumstances

In a similar case in the province of Alberta now under the direction of Rachel Notley a former working colleague of Beresford  

 

Mr. Cooper was forced to live in his car, and eventually, in 1999, he died in his car, using the exhaust to end his life.

Is Premier Christy Clark a murderer? 

BCFMEP is a wholly owned subsidiary the giant American Corporation MAXIMUS INC. that has a number of contracts with Government of Premier Christy Clark. 

Premier Christy Clark's government has been involved in a number of murders or attempted murders.

She and her cabinet tried to murder the residents of Shawnigan Lake by approving a plan to poison their water supply.

According to John English, Pemier Christy Clark's people tried to murder him on a number of occasions to try to steal his valuable water front land to fund the pension plans the Premier and FMEP Director Chris Beresford.

According to John Carten, a researcher and former BC lawyer Premier Clark was responsible for the legal strategy that led to the murder of Federal Court of Appeal Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson in June 2012 and federal Department of Justice lawyer Eric Noel in July 2012.

Negligent homicide is a criminal charge brought against people who, through criminal negligence, allow others to die.

Is Chris Beresford and the judge that imputed a false income to Jaermey A guildy of culpable  homicide: We think so but we will let out readers be the judge.

Criminal Code of Canada section 221 (5) states:

(5) A person commits culpable homicide when he causes the death of a human being,

• (a) by means of an unlawful act;
• (b) by criminal negligence;
• (c) by causing that human being, by threats or fear of violence or by deception, to do anything that causes his death; or
• (d) by wilfully frightening that human being, in the case of a child or sick person.

Jaermey A was left in a state where he had a fear of violence because he had no home and was living on the street where he could be set upon by violent people or just bad weather and FMEP could at any moment throw him in jail where he had reason to fear he would be beaten up by gangsters.     

Verdict = Guilty

Jaermey was not the first victim of BC FMEP

In August 2000,  Darrin White, a 34-year-old railway engineer, tied a rope around the branch of a tree overlooking Prince George, B.C., and hanged himself.

A Prince George group called the Parent Child Advocacy Coalition blamed Canada's family court system, which the group contends is biased against men, for the suicide

An interim court order in January had awarded Ms. White sole custody of the children. Mr. White had to move out of the family home and pay $2,071 a month to support his wife and children, although he was on a disability pension of $400 a week.

 

"A grotesque policy failure of governments is causing parents to kill themselves," Mr. Ostrowski told The Prince George Citizen on March 21.

 

What are you going to do about it?" Rev. Leo Fernandes of St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church, challenged mourners during an emotional mass at the funeral in Brandon.

 

"It is up to you, his friends, to accomplish what he was unable to. If his dream was to challenge the scales of justice in our country, then so be it. Do it for his sake."
