More Bizarre Conduct in British Columbia Supreme Court Proves FMEP Themis Corruption

We think Justice Heather Holmes (shown in photo on left) is a criminal because she is using her judicial powers to cover up for other criminals instead of allowing justice to proceed.  

Heather said she did not have any conflict of interest when she suddenly showed up on a court application on August 26, 2014 where an innocent victim of FMEP Themis corruption was asking for FMEP records and government records and court records that would have proved criminal corruption by FMEP and Themis under the leadership of Chris Beresford and a gang off criminals operating inside the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General for BC. 

Instead of following the law, Justice Heather Holmes twisted and perverted the law and refused to order the documents produced.

A judge protecting criminals! What is this? A judge protecting lawyers and judges who break the law and commit crimes as government employees and as officers of the court! Why would a judge cover up for a judge who takes bribes?  Isn't that aiding and abetting a criminal to escape justice? Isn't that a crime in itself?  

The reader can be the judge.   

At the outset of the hearing, Heather Holmes was asked if she had a conflict of interest due to any career connections with the parties at the hearing.  Instead of telling the truth,  Justice Heather Holmes did not disclose the fact that she worked in the same office as Suzanne Anton (shown in photo on right) who now is now in charge at the Ministry of the Attorney General and with Austin Cullen who is now the Associate Chief Justice of the Supreme Court where he and his pal Chris Hinkson are concealing court records in order to protect a gang of criminals some of whom Cullen and Holmes used to work with when they were employees at the Ministry of the Attorney General in Vancouver and Victoria.  In that capacity she worked under the leadership of Attorney General Ujjal Dosanjh, who was rewarded with a cabinet seat by Paul Martin, and Deputy Attorney General Gillian Wallace both of whom were leaders in positions of responsibility when lawyers committed the crimes of fraud perjury and obstruction of justice.  Gillian Wallace got caught, was asked to resign and died from cancer when her criminal  past caught up to her.

About the same time, Chris Beresford, (shown in photo on left) was a senior communications media contact at the Ministry of the Attorney General probably issuing all those phoney press releases misleading the public about what was really going on behind the scenes during the Glen Clark regime when the corrupt Ministry of the Attorney General was trying to look good and explain why a duly elected Premier was removed from office and criminally prosecuted over something as minimal as $1,200 of lumber that a friend put into a deck on his modest home.  Well, come on now, Gordon Campbell arranged to have taxpayer pay his mistress / girlfriend an over inflated salary of $150,000 and nobody accused "good ole lodge member Gordie of anything. Chris Beresford in now the Director of FME and he was a party in the proceeding before Justice Heather Holmes  and Justice Heather Holmes just plain mislead everybody about her connection to him also, didn't she ?

Students of British Columbia history will recall that Austen Cullen was in charge of the Vancouver Crown Counsel Office where Suzanne Anton and Heather Holmes were employees before moving on to become the Assistant Deputy Attorney General and Acting Deputy Attorney General in charge of Criminal Prosecutions, from 1999 to 2001, where Austin Cullen along with the Vancouver Crown Counsel Office were part of the legal group that assisted Canadian Prime Minister Chretien remove Premier Glen Clark from office by an skillful criminal prosecution that knowledgeable observers say was a "show trial" that was fixed in advance when Glen Clark agreed not to disclose the evidence of that he had about Prime Minister Jean Chretien and the attempted looting of the water resource revenues of British Columbia.  The fact is explained in some detail at the Water War Crimes Web Site.  

Prime Minister Chretien and his cabinet rewarded Austin Cullen and Heather Holmes for their loyal service be appointed them to the Supreme Court of British Columbia by on exactly the same day in March 2001.

At the time, Prime Minister Chretien was assisted by Ujjal Dosanjh, shown in photo on left, who was then the Attorney General for British Columbia and who replaced Glen Clark as Premier of British Columbia, 

Both of Austin Cullen and Suzanne Holmes were parties to the application for disclosure of court records controlled by Austin Cullen as Associate Chief Justice and government legal records controlled by Suzanne Anton, as Attorney General. 

The dishonest Justice Heather Holmes knew this and like a snake in the grass she lied and said she did not have a conflict of interest.

At University of Toronto law school, Heather Holmes was on the dean's honour list for three years running, so she is no dummy which is why she was so embarrassed on August 28, 2014 when it was pointed out to her that she had been dishonest on August 26, 2014 when she pretended to be independent and not connected to anyone involved in the corruption.

Nazi-like Themis - Maximus Corruption By Affiliated Lawyer - Richard Butler

Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd. director Chris Berersford is an agent of the corrupt British Columbia Ministry of Justice and Attorney General (BCMJAG) while at the same time his son, James Beresford, is Public Affairs officer for that  same  highly  crooked organization.   This is an example of inbreeding privileged families feeding off of the oppression of others and using their government positions to cover up the crimes of previous generations.  

To illustrate just how crooked BCMJAG is we draw the readers attention to the fact that a senior BCMJAG lawyer, Richard Butler, was recently caught misleading the court in a major corruption case involving a cover up of corruption that allegedly involves persons connectede to both Themis and  its owner Maximus Inc.  After he was caught red-handed, Butler apologized to the court and pretended he had made a mistake.

Legal advisors tell the Editors of this blog that the excuse is, most probably, a complete fabrication because lawyers have a duty to check the facts before they put those facts  in an affidavit that could mislead the court if untrue. 

Legal advisors argue that Butler committed deliberate perjury and then changed his direciton only after he was caught.  They further argue that in any properly managed organization Butler would be fired for corruption, prosecuted for perjury and disciplined by the Law Society of British Columbia. However, these actions are unlikely because the Nazi-like gangsters at BCMJAG are regularly use fraud and perjury as part of their business operations just like Hitler's Gestapo did to conceal their dispicable and inhumane activities.

Government paying for advertising for an American owned corporation.

In was an artfully crafted NEWS RELEASE that praised the work of the Nazi gestapo-like operations of the fascist organization known as the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program that regularly destroys family businesses and puts respectable law abiding citizens in jail without allowing them to call witnesses at their trials.  The Program has been under the direction of Chis Beresford (shown in photo on left) for the past ten years and his cromies and pals in the BC Ministry of Justice have arranged a job for his son as one of their Propaganda Officers in the bureau that also handles propaganda to cover up his father's corruption.

The BC Government headline: " Record-breaking year for family support program" reminded terrorized victims of the British Columbia "program" of the equally deceptive headlines issued by Josef Goebbels, the WW2 Nazi Minister of Propaganda for Adolf Hitler, who, in 1944, also boasted that the Nazi "family support program had a record breaking year" when it was, in fact, looting gold from the teeth of recently gassed and baked Jews that they had liquidated as part of their Jewish extermination progam. 

Like Hitler, Director Beresford has been using the "program" to put gold in his teeth and those of his son James Beresford.

Themis will state it is enforcing the law but this is not true because the law of Canada also includes a right to have one's rights determined at a fair hearing before an independent and impartial tribunal.  Just like in Nazi-Germany, Themis and the Canada's State controlled judges will not permit a jury trial for their modern Jews-like victims.  In fact, many of the rights that Themis regularly takes away are taken, like in Nazi-Germany, without any trial whatsoever.

According to British Columbia government publications, Chris Beresford, shown 5th from left in photo, the present director of the gestapo like Family Maintenance Enforcement Program was with the Corrections Branch as an analyst in or before 1992 located on the 4th flr 910 Government St Victoria. 

The corrections branch is a part of the Ministry of the Attorney General a ministry that is widely regarded as the most corrupt in British Columbia.

In 1993 and 1994 Chris Beresford was still an analyst in the Corrections Branch and his wife and furure NDP political candidate, Charley Beresford, had become an executive assistant to the NDP Health Minister, Elizabeth Cull.  Charley Beresford is a left wing socialist politician who has been rejected by the voters.  She and her husband, Chris, who destroys families by abuse of state power as director of FMEP, are alleged to have two children, one male and one female. 

In 1996, Chris Beresford became a Communications Analyst in the Corrections Branch which was then located at 7th Floor 1001 Douglas Street, the Attorney General Ministry's head office, and on the same floor as the Family Justice Reform unit.

Ujjal Dosanjh 

In 1999 Chris Beresford was the acting director of Attorney General Issues and Event Management unit in the Headquarters Communications Branch. on the 10th floor of 1001 Douglas Street - when the dirty Ujjal Dosanjh was the minister and the crooked Maureen Maloney was deputy attorney general and her dirty deputy minister, Gillian Wallace (one of the many dead insiders murdered as part of the Water War Crimes cover up) was the Assistant Deputy Minister Legal Services Branch.
Alison MacPhail was Assistant Deputy Minister Community Justice and Mary Beeching was acting executive director of Headquarters Communications - among several others who are still in senior management positions in that most corrupt Ministry in the Briitsh Columbia Government.
In 2001, the dirty Premier Ujjal Dosanjh appointed Chris Beresford as director of the corrupt Family Maintenance Enforcement Program a position where he retained under the convicted criminal Premier, Gordon Campbell,  who was finally forced from office when it was becoming widely known that he was paying his Mistress Lara Dauphinee a salary of $150,000 per year from government funds.

The continuung attack by Maximus Themis against whistleblower lawyer John Carten who manages the Water War Crimes web site and who has a multi billion dollar claim against Maximus Themis that is now at the Supreme Court of Canada took another turn when Maximus Themis reached out and looted over $2,000 from Mr. Carten's bank account under the pretext of a court order that was made as part of a fraudulent conspiracy to destroy Mr. Carten because he was exposing crimes that recent information confirms involves the England's Royal Family and Canada's pervert Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau.

Themis Maximus have been a key part of the Marxist political agenda to destroy and impoverish family providers making families more and more dependent on the STATE.  Thus weakened by STATE interference, children of the impoverished families are more easily stolen and kidnapped by STATE authorities where they are used to feed the British Columbia / Canada sex trade including child porn and child prostitution.

Chris Beresford, Director, shown in the centre of the photograph was informed several years ago that the process he was following was contrary to basic human rights and Canada's Charter of Rights and Freedoms but he kept right on doing it and since 1998 over 25 people who were part of the attack on Mr. Carten have died because of the attutudes of the Government of BC and its gangster employees don't understand the law of cause and effect.   

Did Themis/Maximus Attempt To Murder Child Abuse Investigator, Rob Nicholson?

When child abuse investigator, Rob Nicholson, failed to make a few payments of child support because he ran out of money trying to save his children from abuse and exploitation, Themis/Maximus employee, Joanne Platt, (referred to in a previous post) was caught making a recommendation that he should go to jail for seven years when the maximum penalty was only 90 days and no one is supposed to go to jail if they are unable to pay due to a lack of funds.  Rob Nicholson escaped that attempt but a few years later Themis/Maximus tried again to put Rob Nicholson in jail, and, based on the available evidence, someone tried to murder him.

A few years later when Rob Nicholson was disabled, broke, on welfare, and taking care of his youngest son, Themis/Maximus pounced on him like a jackal pounces on its wounded victims and served him with a summons to appear at a court hearing at the courthouse in Chilliwack about 250 miles from Sicamous where Rob Nicholson was living with his son.

The road from Sicamous to Chilliwack is through the high mountain valleys of British Columbia and is subject to frequent delays due to weather conditions that include, ice, snow, fog, or rain in every month of the year.

Rob Nicholson showed up 30 minutes late for his hearing and learned that he had been sentenced to jail for 90 days and, without even the courtesy of a fair hearing, he was taken to the jail.  This is how Themis/ Maximus and the crooked judges of British Columbia and Canada operate - like the Nazis.

According to Rob Nicholson:

"The judge's name was Hoy.  When I first appeared in front of Hoy, he was really concerned about the abuse of my children and my allegations of cover-up....he asked me to take the stand and be sworn in, which I did.  When I appeared in front of him the second time [ when I was put in jail ] he was the total opposite....I almost got the impression someone had gotten to him.  I was explaining the abuse of my children and the cover-up by authorities as well as what I thought was an RCMP/Ministry child porn operation".

When he was in jail, Rob Nicholson, a man with no prior history of heart disease, suffered a sudden heart attack about 30 minutes after eating one of his meals.  In pain and in fear for his life, he asked to be taken to the jail infirmary to be looked at by a nurse or doctor.

At the infirmary, the medical staff stabilized Rob's condition and inserted a medical device called "a stent" while Rob Nicholson, a man who had committed no crimes, was held captive in shackles.  The medical staff carried out the usual blood work to determine if he had had a heart attack and after a couple of days he was released from the infirmary and discharged from the jail.  In the process of release from the infirmary one of the medical staff said to Rob "I have made a copy of the medical records of your stay here and I have put them in your bag so you can give them to your doctor".   Rob Nicholson thanked the medical worker, and, at that time, he did not know that those records would be the only documents that he would ever get to prove he had been in jail.

A few weeks later, when he asked the Canada's national police force the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, known in Canada as the RCMP, for information about his time in jail they reported that there were no records showing that he had been in jail.

After his discharge from the Fraser Correctional Center, Rob Nicholson visited his doctor who examined the medical records from the prison and who carried out extensive testing and who advised him that he, the doctor, did not believe Rob had suffered a true heart attack because his blood serum levels were inconsistent with a true heart attack.

Did anyone have a motive to attempt to murder Rob Nicholson?

You bet they did.

Rob Nicholson was, and is, one of the foremost child abuse investigators in Canada and has saved numerous children from abuse at the hands of the sexual perverts that abound inside the governments of Canada and British Columbia.   His web site http://www.rwnicholson.com/ - no longer in operation - was, at the time, a source of great concern among government employees who were part of the child sex abuse industry that flourishes in British Columbia with the assistance of complicit members of the judiciary and, apparently, with the assistance of complicit employees of Themis/Maximus who issued the summons to compel Rob Nicholson to appear before Jodge Hoy for a second time.

The reader needs to understand that in British Columbia, Canada, there has been and, according to sources, cointinues to exist, a network of perverts, operating inside government structures, who destroy families so they can steal helpless children from their parewntsa for use in the child sex industry - both porn and prostitution.  Rob Nicholson was an enemy of those perverts, his web site ( http://www.rwnicholson.com/ is no longer online) was exposing them and they had motive to murder him.

Themis Dirty Tricks Have No End - Nola Silzer

The lady shown to the left is Nola Silzer.  She is a lawyer who now works for the Victoira area law firm of McKimm Lott,  a law firm with close linkages to the Liberal Party of Canada.  In 2001, Nola Silzer worked for Themis Program Mamagement and Consulting Ltd.  According to her online biography she was also "a senior policy analyst responsible for family court matters in the Court Services Branch of the Ministry of Attorney General".

In August/September 2001, Nola Silzer was caught using a false and fraudulent affidavit against a so-called "dead beat dad" in legal proceedings in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.  That was a big mistake.  She thought she got away with it but the "dead beat dad" decided to publicize the facts - far and wide - and she soon resigned from the Attorney General's office and joined McKimm Lott.  When a lawyer knowingly uses a false affidavit in a court proceeding, he or she commits the crime of obstruction of justice and could be subject to criminal sanction of up to 14 years but in Canada, the Attorney General decides who gets prosecuted and who doesn't, so Nola Silzer did not get prosecuted but instead, took a job at McKimm Lott.
