Did FMEP insiders threaten Provincial Court Judge John Lenaghan?

On Tuesday, November 5, 2013, Judge John Lenaghan of the Provincial Court of British Columbia delivered a dishonest and unjust judgment against Mr. Carten who the Government of British Columbia fraudulently claims owes  $430,000 in arrears of child support as a result of fraudulent, corrupt and dishonest court orders made in 1996, 1998 and 2001 by crooked judges in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
All of the crooked judges involved in the making of the fraudulent corrupt and dishonest court orders are now dead. 

The crooked judges died from sudden heart attacks or sudden onset cancer shortly after their crimes were reported to appropriate authorities.  The Editors think several of the judges were murdered and that Provincial Court Judge John Lenaghan may soon join the Graveyard of the Guilty where the other crooked judges are interred. 

Instead of making an honest judgment and diverting 25% of his income to arrears of child support in accordance with the regulations and which Mr. Carten agreed to Judge John Lenaghan became the tool Chris Beresford (shown in photo on right) a highly placed insider with the Government of British Columbia who has been attempting to financially destroy Mr. Carten for over a decade.

Judge Lenaghan ordered that 80% of Mr. Carten's poverty level income be seized to pay the fraudulently obtained court ordered debt thereby leaving Mr. Carten with a meagre $300 per month to pay food clothing, shelter and other necessaries of life. 

The British Columbia Government  has refused to pay welfare to Mr. Carten as part of their campaign against him as he struggles to survive in Canada's harsh climate. Welfare recipients receive about $700 per month. The judgment of Lenaghan was clearly crafted to punish a critic of the state and he would have ordered seizure of 100% of Mr. Carten's income except for a technicality in the law that prevented him from doing so  

The ruling was contrary to the law and is an example of how corruption operates in Canada's court system and how Canadian governments manipulate the justice system to punish critics.

Judge Lenaghan was fully informed he was assisting a fraud and that any decent self-respecting judge would have no part of it and he appeared to be in full agreement but, after a brief recess, he returned to the court a shaken-man.

According to witnesses Judge Lenaghan looked like he had seen a ghost. He appeared to have aged 15 years in 15 minutes.

Judge Lenaghan had a look of absolute terror in his eyes when he hung his head in shame and made the dishonest court order against Mr. Carten.

Mr. Carten asked Judge Lenaghan if he had been contacted by anyone during the  recess who instructed him to make the dishonest court order.

Judge Lenaghan was clearly frightened and refused to answer the question.

It is a common practice in the British Columbia courts for judges to leave the courtroom and seek instructions from a higher authority and then return to deliver a judgment that has no basis in law or fact but is designed to destroy citizens who oppose state corruption.

Judge Lenaghan is now in danger of bring murdered.  He knows too much.  He can put the people who instructed him in jail and  they know it. Those people have a motive to murder Judge Lenaghan just like insiders murdered Canadian Federal Court Of Appeal Justice Carolyn Layden-Stevenson on June 27, 2012 and several other judges, lawyers and key witnesses.

Crabtree If Chief Judge Crabtree is consistent with his past history, he will remain silent and do nothing.

The empty coffin awaits Judge John Lenaghan! He broke faith with the ancient Laws of Ireland, where he comes form, and the spirits of the ancient Brehons (judges) of Ireland have been awakened from their tombs and they will strike him down. 

This is the law of the cosmos.  It is universal law.  There is no avoiding it. 

Assistant Deputy Attorney General Lies to Protect Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd., employere Joanne Platt

When British Columbia Premier, Christy Clark, was asked to investigate complaints of criminal misconduct by Joanne Platt, the crooked lawyer, working for Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd., a companjy that provides legal services to the BC government, she followed protocal and referred the complaint to her Attorney General who, in turn, followed protocol and referred the issue to her Assistant Deputy, Richard Fyfe, shown above left, who then, in our opinion, proceeded to lie, cheat, and deceive exactly like his colleagues in the British Columbia Attorney General because he wished to protect Joanne Platt instead of do his job properly.

We think Richard Fyfe is just another dishonest, deceiving, dissimulating civil servant covering up crimes by himself and his colleagues. Here are the facts and you can be the judge

In Novemver 2011, after much bureaucratic run around, the Law Society of British Columbia, finally and officially, in writing, refused to investigate a complaint that one of its members, Joanne Platt had been engaged in a criminal offence, i.e. obstruction of justice, whichin most parts of Canada, is generally considered to be improper conduct by a lawyer in addition to being a serious criminal offence.

So, in March 2012, an official conplaint was filed with Premier Christy Clark asking for an internal government investigation of what was, surely, a criminal act carried out by a lawyer who provides legal services to the BC Government.

When the complaint arrived on the desk of Assistant Deputy Attorney General, Richard Fyfe, he got nervous and scared and did what a lot of people do when caught in a crime and on April 19, 2012, he wrote a letter wherein he advised Premier Christy Clark that the British Columbia government did not have the capacity or power to investigate the conduct of a lawyer who provided legal services to the government on a contract basis.

Richard Fyfe's legal opinion was complete and utter nonsense and in our opinion a deliberate lie in order to cover up for criminal activity by Joanne Platt and her colleagues.

The law is easy to read and not very complicated.

Under section 2 of the Attorney General Act the Attorney General “must see that the administration of public affairs is in accordance with law”.

The administration of the powers and duties of the Director of the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program (FMEP) operated by Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd. falls into the classification of “public affairs”.

Furthermore, section 3 (1) of the Attorney General Act gives the Attorney General the power to demand the Director and Themis must “comply with all requirements and standards established by the Attorney General for that public body in respect of …(a) retaining, contracting with or employing persons to provide legal services; and (b) reports on and audits of those legal services” (section 3 (2)).

In addition, the interpretation of these sections is governed by the Interpretation Act, so that the provisions are “always speaking” (section 7) and “must be construed as being remedial, and must be given such fair, large and liberal construction and interpretation as best ensures the attainment of its objects” (section 8).

So, in our opinion, Richard Fyfe is a dirty legal LIAR, not lawyer, but liar, spelled L-I-A-R and he is a danger tro the public, has probably lied and cheated in the past and should be fired immediately before he lies and cheats again. 

Maximus Themis Growns More Desparate And Lashes Out Against Whistleblower lawyer John Frederick Carten

The continuung attack by Maximus Themis against whistleblower lawyer John Carten who manages the Water War Crimes web site and who has a multi billion dollar claim against Maximus Themis that is now at the Supreme Court of Canada took another turn when Maximus Themis reached out and looted over $2,000 from Mr. Carten's bank account under the pretext of a court order that was made as part of a fraudulent conspiracy to destroy Mr. Carten because he was exposing crimes that recent information confirms involves the England's Royal Family and Canada's pervert Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau.

Themis Maximus have been a key part of the Marxist political agenda to destroy and impoverish family providers making families more and more dependent on the STATE.  Thus weakened by STATE interference, children of the impoverished families are more easily stolen and kidnapped by STATE authorities where they are used to feed the British Columbia / Canada sex trade including child porn and child prostitution.

Themis Maximus manager Trish Riswold, shown on the far left in the following group photograph, confirmed that she was responsible for the most recent abhorrent attack against Mr. Carten.  Online sources reveal that that Trish Riswold is an unmarried, single, female who lives and travels with her dog named Piper.

Chris Beresford, Director, shown in the centre of the photograph was informed several years ago that the process he was following was contrary to basic human rights and Canada's Charter of Rights and Freedoms but he kept right on doing it and since 1998 over 25 people who were part of the attack on Mr. Carten have died because of the attutudes of the Government of BC and its gangster employees don't understand the law of cause and effect.   

Did Themis/Maximus Attempt To Murder Child Abuse Investigator, Rob Nicholson?

When child abuse investigator, Rob Nicholson, failed to make a few payments of child support because he ran out of money trying to save his children from abuse and exploitation, Themis/Maximus employee, Joanne Platt, (referred to in a previous post) was caught making a recommendation that he should go to jail for seven years when the maximum penalty was only 90 days and no one is supposed to go to jail if they are unable to pay due to a lack of funds.  Rob Nicholson escaped that attempt but a few years later Themis/Maximus tried again to put Rob Nicholson in jail, and, based on the available evidence, someone tried to murder him.

A few years later when Rob Nicholson was disabled, broke, on welfare, and taking care of his youngest son, Themis/Maximus pounced on him like a jackal pounces on its wounded victims and served him with a summons to appear at a court hearing at the courthouse in Chilliwack about 250 miles from Sicamous where Rob Nicholson was living with his son.

The road from Sicamous to Chilliwack is through the high mountain valleys of British Columbia and is subject to frequent delays due to weather conditions that include, ice, snow, fog, or rain in every month of the year.

Rob Nicholson showed up 30 minutes late for his hearing and learned that he had been sentenced to jail for 90 days and, without even the courtesy of a fair hearing, he was taken to the jail.  This is how Themis/ Maximus and the crooked judges of British Columbia and Canada operate - like the Nazis.

According to Rob Nicholson:

"The judge's name was Hoy.  When I first appeared in front of Hoy, he was really concerned about the abuse of my children and my allegations of cover-up....he asked me to take the stand and be sworn in, which I did.  When I appeared in front of him the second time [ when I was put in jail ] he was the total opposite....I almost got the impression someone had gotten to him.  I was explaining the abuse of my children and the cover-up by authorities as well as what I thought was an RCMP/Ministry child porn operation".

When he was in jail, Rob Nicholson, a man with no prior history of heart disease, suffered a sudden heart attack about 30 minutes after eating one of his meals.  In pain and in fear for his life, he asked to be taken to the jail infirmary to be looked at by a nurse or doctor.

At the infirmary, the medical staff stabilized Rob's condition and inserted a medical device called "a stent" while Rob Nicholson, a man who had committed no crimes, was held captive in shackles.  The medical staff carried out the usual blood work to determine if he had had a heart attack and after a couple of days he was released from the infirmary and discharged from the jail.  In the process of release from the infirmary one of the medical staff said to Rob "I have made a copy of the medical records of your stay here and I have put them in your bag so you can give them to your doctor".   Rob Nicholson thanked the medical worker, and, at that time, he did not know that those records would be the only documents that he would ever get to prove he had been in jail.

A few weeks later, when he asked the Canada's national police force the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, known in Canada as the RCMP, for information about his time in jail they reported that there were no records showing that he had been in jail.

After his discharge from the Fraser Correctional Center, Rob Nicholson visited his doctor who examined the medical records from the prison and who carried out extensive testing and who advised him that he, the doctor, did not believe Rob had suffered a true heart attack because his blood serum levels were inconsistent with a true heart attack.

Did anyone have a motive to attempt to murder Rob Nicholson?

You bet they did.

Rob Nicholson was, and is, one of the foremost child abuse investigators in Canada and has saved numerous children from abuse at the hands of the sexual perverts that abound inside the governments of Canada and British Columbia.   His web site http://www.rwnicholson.com/ - no longer in operation - was, at the time, a source of great concern among government employees who were part of the child sex abuse industry that flourishes in British Columbia with the assistance of complicit members of the judiciary and, apparently, with the assistance of complicit employees of Themis/Maximus who issued the summons to compel Rob Nicholson to appear before Jodge Hoy for a second time.

The reader needs to understand that in British Columbia, Canada, there has been and, according to sources, cointinues to exist, a network of perverts, operating inside government structures, who destroy families so they can steal helpless children from their parewntsa for use in the child sex industry - both porn and prostitution.  Rob Nicholson was an enemy of those perverts, his web site ( http://www.rwnicholson.com/ is no longer online) was exposing them and they had motive to murder him.

The crimes by the Themis/Maximus Corporation get nastier and nastier.  On August 22, 2008, Themis/Maximus Canada Inc. employee, Joanne Platt, was witnessed, attempting to secretly influence a British Columbia judge during a court proceeding, by secret gestures and sign language, while she was sitting at the back of the courtroom where she thought she was not observed.

Unfortunately, for Joanne Platt, several witnesses observed what she was doing and they have sworn affidavits about her conduct and those affidavits are now on record with RCMP, the Victoria City Police, and the Minister of Justice, in Ottawa.  Joanne Platt must have some friends in high office because no charges have been brought against her,  Themis and Maximus lawyers, James Sullivan and David Frances have refused to respond to requests for an investigation and Maximus Inc., in the USA, although advised of the corruption in Canada, has continued to turn a blind eye to the crookedness of its subsidiary company.
