More Bizarre Conduct in British Columbia Supreme Court Proves FMEP Themis Corruption

We think Justice Heather Holmes (shown in photo on left) is a criminal because she is using her judicial powers to cover up for other criminals instead of allowing justice to proceed.  

Heather said she did not have any conflict of interest when she suddenly showed up on a court application on August 26, 2014 where an innocent victim of FMEP Themis corruption was asking for FMEP records and government records and court records that would have proved criminal corruption by FMEP and Themis under the leadership of Chris Beresford and a gang off criminals operating inside the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General for BC. 

Instead of following the law, Justice Heather Holmes twisted and perverted the law and refused to order the documents produced.

A judge protecting criminals! What is this? A judge protecting lawyers and judges who break the law and commit crimes as government employees and as officers of the court! Why would a judge cover up for a judge who takes bribes?  Isn't that aiding and abetting a criminal to escape justice? Isn't that a crime in itself?  

The reader can be the judge.   

At the outset of the hearing, Heather Holmes was asked if she had a conflict of interest due to any career connections with the parties at the hearing.  Instead of telling the truth,  Justice Heather Holmes did not disclose the fact that she worked in the same office as Suzanne Anton (shown in photo on right) who now is now in charge at the Ministry of the Attorney General and with Austin Cullen who is now the Associate Chief Justice of the Supreme Court where he and his pal Chris Hinkson are concealing court records in order to protect a gang of criminals some of whom Cullen and Holmes used to work with when they were employees at the Ministry of the Attorney General in Vancouver and Victoria.  In that capacity she worked under the leadership of Attorney General Ujjal Dosanjh, who was rewarded with a cabinet seat by Paul Martin, and Deputy Attorney General Gillian Wallace both of whom were leaders in positions of responsibility when lawyers committed the crimes of fraud perjury and obstruction of justice.  Gillian Wallace got caught, was asked to resign and died from cancer when her criminal  past caught up to her.

About the same time, Chris Beresford, (shown in photo on left) was a senior communications media contact at the Ministry of the Attorney General probably issuing all those phoney press releases misleading the public about what was really going on behind the scenes during the Glen Clark regime when the corrupt Ministry of the Attorney General was trying to look good and explain why a duly elected Premier was removed from office and criminally prosecuted over something as minimal as $1,200 of lumber that a friend put into a deck on his modest home.  Well, come on now, Gordon Campbell arranged to have taxpayer pay his mistress / girlfriend an over inflated salary of $150,000 and nobody accused "good ole lodge member Gordie of anything. Chris Beresford in now the Director of FME and he was a party in the proceeding before Justice Heather Holmes  and Justice Heather Holmes just plain mislead everybody about her connection to him also, didn't she ?

Students of British Columbia history will recall that Austen Cullen was in charge of the Vancouver Crown Counsel Office where Suzanne Anton and Heather Holmes were employees before moving on to become the Assistant Deputy Attorney General and Acting Deputy Attorney General in charge of Criminal Prosecutions, from 1999 to 2001, where Austin Cullen along with the Vancouver Crown Counsel Office were part of the legal group that assisted Canadian Prime Minister Chretien remove Premier Glen Clark from office by an skillful criminal prosecution that knowledgeable observers say was a "show trial" that was fixed in advance when Glen Clark agreed not to disclose the evidence of that he had about Prime Minister Jean Chretien and the attempted looting of the water resource revenues of British Columbia.  The fact is explained in some detail at the Water War Crimes Web Site.  

Prime Minister Chretien and his cabinet rewarded Austin Cullen and Heather Holmes for their loyal service be appointed them to the Supreme Court of British Columbia by on exactly the same day in March 2001.

At the time, Prime Minister Chretien was assisted by Ujjal Dosanjh, shown in photo on left, who was then the Attorney General for British Columbia and who replaced Glen Clark as Premier of British Columbia, 

Both of Austin Cullen and Suzanne Holmes were parties to the application for disclosure of court records controlled by Austin Cullen as Associate Chief Justice and government legal records controlled by Suzanne Anton, as Attorney General. 

The dishonest Justice Heather Holmes knew this and like a snake in the grass she lied and said she did not have a conflict of interest.

At University of Toronto law school, Heather Holmes was on the dean's honour list for three years running, so she is no dummy which is why she was so embarrassed on August 28, 2014 when it was pointed out to her that she had been dishonest on August 26, 2014 when she pretended to be independent and not connected to anyone involved in the corruption.

So far, 12 judges who played games and denied justice to Mr. Carten or Ms. Gibbs have suddenly died and, based on historic experience, we expert that Heather Holmes, Associate Chief Justice Cullen and Chief Justice Hinkson may soon will be joining their judicial colleagues in the Graveyard of the Guilty.

Will Justices Hinkson and Funt be Removed From Office for Corruption?

Newly appointed Chief Justice Hinkson (shown in photo on left) of British Columbia's Supreme Court has retained Victoria lawyer John Waddell, Q.C., (shown in centre photo) to resist an application by Water War Crimes lawyer John Carten asking that the Supreme Court disclose its internal administrative records that will assist to prove Mr. Carten, his ex-wife and children, co-plaintiff Karen Gibbs and her family, and his client Sun Belt Water Inc. were the target of a criminal conspiracy by Government officials using members of Canada's politically appointed judiciary as their agents. 

"....a long line of cases shows that it is not merely of some importance but is of fundamental importance that justice should not only be done, but should manifestly and undoubtedly be seen to be done".

Twelve of the judges involved in the corruption suddenly died and many of those deaths appear to be murders or suicides.

Chief Justice Hinkson is accused of attempting to sabotage Mr. Carten's case by assigning Justice Gordon Funt (shown in photo on right) to a hearing on June 2, 2014. 

Justice Funt had a serious conflict of interest due to his long time legal partnership with Paul Fraser, the current Conflict of Interest Commissioner for the BC legislature who was also a key player in the Water War Crimes due to his role as key legal advisor to W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. back in 1989.

More recently Fraser and Funt's law firm represented WCW's former president Margaret Annett to protect her from a lawsuit brought against her as a result of her role in the Water War Crimes.

The accusations against Chief Justice Hinkson and Justice Funt are very serious and both judges could lose their jobs if a proper investigation is carried out by the Canadian Judicial Council.

 

Justice Gordon Funt has been the subject of some criticism by Vancouver Sun reporter Ian Mulgrew who claims that Justice Funt broke protocol and released a criminal.  If Funt is a Freemason, as some suspect, then that would explain his bizarre conduct on the bench and why he was assigned to the Carten case.

FMEP biased Judge John Lenaghan and his links to Organized crime under investigation

The story of Provincial Court of British Columbia Judge John Lenaghan (photo needed) gets dirtier and dirtier as we continue our investigations. 

It seems that not only is John Lenaghan doing favours for the neo Nazi gangsters who run British Columbia FMEP operated by British Columbia Attorney General insiders such as Chris Beresford, Ringo Dosanjh, and their cheating lawyer, Brent Hird, who we caught trying to enter a fake court order in the court records that a judge - not Lenaghan - did not make, but Lenaghan also appears to be doing favours for major criminals involved in cross border cocaine trafficking. 

This guy is in deep trouble.

When John Lenaghan made a dirty professionally corrupt judgment against former British Columbia lawyer John Carten on November 5, 2013 he crossed the line because Carten did his homework, investigated Lenaghan, and found that Lenaghan has dirty history that of helping  major criminals in British Columbia with links to organized crime.

We think Lenaghan, like some other judges at the British Columbia Provincial Court, is an agent of organized crime operating inside Canada's courts.

This is serious stuff and Carten has now found that Lenaghan has a dirty history (in our opinion dirty) of dismissing a criminal charge against former ex-police officer Rapinder Sidhu (RCMP) (shown in photo on right) who turned criminal and became involved in cross border cocaine trafficking.

Lenaghan thought his past would not catch up to him and blithely made a false judgment about Carten after taking a short break and, in our opinion, taking instructions over the telephone.  When Carten challenged Lenaghan and asked " Did you phone anyone for instructions" Lenaghan refused to answer the question.

It is a commonly knowledge in British Columbia that judges frequently take a brief adjournment and make a phone call to get instructions on a case. This is especially true of Provincial Court judges who have a well earned reputation for corruption.  

Carten has now reported the incident to the RCMP who were delighted to receive the information because it gives them an opportunity to take a closer look at Lenaghan after they lost their case against Sidhu who they really wanted to put behind bars.

Fortunately, the American authorities caught up with Sidhu after Lenaghan let him go free and, in January 2014, put him in jail for 8 years for his role in a massive cross border cocaine deal.

Lenaghan, who is Irish born and connected to the corrupt former Deputy Attorney General Maureen Maloney, also Irish born, and the corrupt, Irish born, Adrian Dix, the former Chief of Staff to the BC Premier who was caught falsifying documents to thwart a police investigation of his Premier, Glen Clark, may be in deep trouble back in his homeland of Ireland because the IRA has been eliminating drug dealers making Belfast the most drug free city in Europe and they may not take kindly to a judge who lets drug dealers go free and assists the Hell's Angels, a gang that the IRA will not permit to operate in Ireland because of their reputation for drug dealing.

Recently, another, Irish born, British Columbia insider, John Furlong, who managed the 2010 Vancouver Olympics went home to Ireland and, suddenly, his wife was killed in freak motor vehicle accident that some are claiming was a "retribution hit" for something Furlong did during the Olympics or maybe it was just a warning for Furlong to keep his mouth shut about the serious crimes carried out in British Columbia during the regime of Premier Gordon Campbell.  However, it could have been a mistake and the real target may have been John Furlong who knows a lot of the secrets of the Gordon Campbell government.

Lenaghan has also been reported to the American authorities.

In the Editors opinion Judge John Lenaghan is a crooked judge who is menace to our community by allowing a major drug trafficker to roam free and peddle their dangerous drugs in our community  causing harm our children and fellow citizens. 

In the Editors opinion, if Mr. Carten's suspicions are correct, then Judge John Lenaghan is a likely target for murder by the British Columbia government insiders who assigned him to the Carten case and forced him to make his perverse ruling and if you, the reader, know and love John Lenaghan then you had better tell him to come clean as soon as possible because there are some people inside the British Columbia government that we think would like to see him take their secrets to his grave.

More Fraud by Director of Family Maintenance Enforcment Program Discovered

The Family Maintenance Enforcement Program has now been caught making dishonest and fraudulent statements to the Canadian Department of Justice as part of an underhanded effort to deprive a senior citizen of all of his pension income.     

We believe that Chris Beresford is personally responsible for the fraud and are awaiting documents from the Government of Canada this fact.

The Minister of Justice for Canada has been asked to investigate.

This is how Maximus Inc. allows operates its subsidiaries in Canada.  

Chris Beresford has an accomplice in his gangsterism and she is a woman in Ottawa who refuses follow the law and instead relies of the lies of Chris Beresford and his gangster organization.


Elissa Lieff 

Her name is Elissa Lieff and she is Senior Legal Counsel at the Department of Justice Family Justice Division.   

She does not respond to emails and she does not return telephone calls.

She does not follow law. 

She does not display courtesy. 

She and Chris Beresford have worked together for over ten years screwing average Canadian people from coast to coast.

It is suspected that she is part of the inner circle of criminals in Ottawa who murdered Canadian Justice Carolyn Layden-Stevenson in June 2012.  That instigation continues.

When Elissa Lieff was advised of the criminal conduct of Chris Beresford, who was acting like a Nazi gestapo agent shoving Jews into gas chambers, Elissa Lieff, acted like a Nazi Gestapo officer herself, refused to follow the law, as her job description requires and assisted Beresford continue with his fraudulent activities.

The investigation of criminal fraud by Chris Beresford is underway. 

Beresford is desperate.  He could lose his job and go to jail.

More importantly Beresford may be murdered.  Beresford is a key witness in some very serious crimes that took place at the Ministry of  the Attorney General for British Columbia and, if he gives evidence to the appropriate authorities, he would put a lot of inside criminals away for a long, long, time.

The recent resignation of Pope Benedict as a result of the child abuse scandals in the Catholic Church is directly connected to the perverts in the British Columbia Family Maintenance Enforcement Program, and perverted members of the judiciary and legal profession in British Columbia, all of whom hover around the family courts, like birds of prey, looking for vulnerable children to snatch up and carry off.

The most prized children, those with blue eyes and blond hair,  reportedly draw the highest prices in child markets around the world, whether it be for child pornography, child sexual abuse or Satanic ritual murder, just like the little blond haired child in the above photo with Queen Elizabeth and Pope Benedict who are reported to be well-known as facilitators of this kind of high level perversion.

The above photo begs the question: What in God's name is a blue-eyed blond-haired little boy doing at a meeting of the Queen and the Pope?  Was he used as a pay off to some corrupt banker?  

Unfortunately, the government of British Columbia operates much like the government of England and other parts of the British Commonwealth where civil servants, lawyers and judges are now openly accused of using the system to prey upon vulnerable children.

It is common knowledge that British Columbia's unelected and unaccountable  judges and lawyers look to the English courts for leadership and role models and, it is common knowledge, that child sexual abuse is rampant in English society where, for example, Royal Navy Captains were once provided with cabin boys for their sexual pleasure on their long sea voyages prompting Churchill to remark that "the Royal Navy was nothing more that sodomy, rum and the lash".

In British Columbia, there has long been a group of perverted civil servants inside the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program who, working in concert with perverted judges and lawyers, deliberately sabotage families thereby setting them up as targets for the child apprehension machinery so that vulnerable children can be whisked  off to state connected foster homes where child abuse and child murder is rampant.

So, it is not a co-incidence that the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program was handed over to Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd. with the approval of Roman Catholic British Columbia Attorney General Brian Smith, who is reported to be a Knight Grace in the Sovereign Order of Saint John Of Jerusalem one of the organizations set up by the Catholic Church and the English Crown to help the Pope and the Queen with their criminal activities and Provincial Premier Bill Vander Zalm, another Roman Catholic, with family ties to Holland where state sanctioned child sex abuse is also rampant. . 

And, it is not a co-incidence that the New Democratic Government of Michael Harcourt appointed alleged child sex abusing Hugh Stansfield to the position of a Provincial Court judge in 1993. The New Democratic Party has a long and glorious history of supporting the child sex abuse and child pornography industries through its policies corrupt anti-family policies and the judicial appointment of perverted judges.

In 2002, Maximus Canada a subsidiary of Maximus Inc. purchased Themis Program Management & Consulting Limited, the Victoria-based company that has delivered the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program (FMEP), on behalf of the Ministry of Attorney General, since 1988.  This deal came as no surprise because Maximus Inc was established by Raymond Ruddy, an American billionaire American with close links to the Catholic Church and the Vatican. 
 
In 2005, the crooked government of Premier Gordon Campbell appointed Stansfield the Chief Judge of the Provincial Court. which is in keeping with practices in other of  the world where Chief Judges are appointed because they will be soft on pedofiles.

For example, in Holland, Joris Demmink is a high court Judge in the Netherlands and an alleged high-level paedophile. He is also the judge who handles all the paedophile and child abuse cases. Read that again. He is the judge on all paedophile cases. It’s like saying, Hitler is the judge on the Nuremburg trials.  It is now believed that the pedofile scandal was behind the resignation of Queen Beatrix of Holland a few short weeks before the Pope announced he  would be stepping down

Campbell is not a Roman Catholic but he is now living in England under protection of Queen Elizabeth whose family is at the heart of the child sex abuse and child satanic murder scandals in that country. It is expected that Queen Elizabeth will be resigning like the her cousin, Beatrix and the Pope. There are no allegations that Campbell was a pedofile but it is undenied he used public money to pay his mistress an over inflated salary in the range of $150,000 per year - the price of a lay for the Premier of the day.

Stansfield made his big mistake when he became a willing accomplice in the attempt by insiders at the British Columbia Ministry of the Attorney General to destroy British Columbia lawyer, John Carten, who, with the assistance of British Columbia child abuse investigator, Rob Nicholson, exposed Stansfield as a liability for the child-snatching-molesting-murdering system operated in British Columbia and Stansfield was then murdered by the insiders who were forced to destroy Stansfield so he would not be able  to talk to the auhtorities.

Since she assumed office, Premier Christy Clark has cleaned house and many crooked lawyers and government officials have been forced to resign.   However, her good work is now threatened by the New Democratic Party criminal gang, led by un-convicted criminal Adrian Dix, whose friends and allies were key players in the attempt to frame British Columbia lawyer John Carten under a false charge of criminal harassment when Carten was exposing friends and allies of Adrian Dix as players in the crimes of fraud, perjury and obstruction of justice carried out as part of the Water War Crimes in addition to his other self admitted criminal activities in respect of which he was never prosecuted.

Hannah Roots, shown in photo on left,  is the long term executive director of Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd., a company that is the key operating entity in the Nazi like plan to oppress and, some argue,  exterminate  parents who are forced into poverty by state actions and cannot pay child support. 

Under the diabolocal leadership of Hannah Roots, innocent men and women, who have committed no crime, have had their human rights and property rights stripped away from them just like the Jews of Europe who, having committed no crimes, had their human rights and property rights stripped away from them before they were executed in the Nazi-  extermination camps.

The operating methods of the Nazi-like British Columbia Family Maintenance Enforcement Program follows closely the operations of the European Nazis to exterminate the Jews of Europe and the Racist Crown of England to exterminate the natives of North America, Australia, Africa, India and Ireland.

Firstly, the targeted population is characterized as sub-human.  "Jews are worthless scum",   "Indians are barbaric savages", and "Poor parents are dead-beats who refuse to support their children"

The characterization is complete nonsense but it is artfully done using sophisticated propaganda methods to persuade the public that Jews, Natives and poor people do not deserve to have human rights or property.

Once the public have been so persuaded, the gangsters in the state, like Roots, Beresford, Benwell, Hird, Platt, Dosanjh, and their ilk, joyfully, gleefully, and sadistically, go forth enriching themselves as part of a diabolical scheme of plundering and looting the propery of the Jews, the Natives and the poor parents whose poverty is often directly attributable to the gangsters strategy of governments officials who abuse their positions of power like the Nazis did under Adolf Hitler.

Like Heinrich Himmler, who directed Hitler's final solution to the Jewish question, Hannah Roots is an executive officer in a program that violates human rights and property rights without allowing the victim a fair hearing before an independent tribunal.

At this time, the Editors are not accusing Hannah Roots of murder through the use of extermination camps but there is evidence that her inhumane Nazi-like policies and programs have led to several early deaths and suicides in British Kolumbia and there is evidence of BC Government, like the Nazi's in Europe forcing women into prostitution instead of paying them decent and proper welfare in accordance with United Nations standards. 

There is also evidence that insiders with the BC Government deliberately turned a blind eye the operation of an "extermination camp" in Port Coquitlam where scores of poor people were secretly exterminated.

In Canada, lazy, greedy, grasping, public servants live a glorously rich lifestyles and have huge pension benefits while ordinary hardworking Canadians are forced into poverty to support them by some of the highest levels of taxation in the world.  

These poor Canadians then die off at a significantly younger age than the lazy, greedy, grasping, class of rich public servants who benefit from extremely generous pension plans paid by state agents looting the hard earned but meagre wealth of private citizens through grasping, unfair and draconian systems of taxation invented by lazy, greedy, grasping, public servants to benefit themselves. 

It is a hidden system of extermination protected by judges appointed and paid for by the state where jury trials are denied - just like in Nazi controlled Germany where Jews were denied trial by jury and in British Colonies where Natives were not entitled to a trial by a jury of their peers.

Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd. director Chris Berersford is an agent of the corrupt British Columbia Ministry of Justice and Attorney General (BCMJAG) while at the same time his son, James Beresford, is Public Affairs officer for that  same  highly  crooked organization.   This is an example of inbreeding privileged families feeding off of the oppression of others and using their government positions to cover up the crimes of previous generations.  

To illustrate just how crooked BCMJAG is we draw the readers attention to the fact that a senior BCMJAG lawyer, Richard Butler, was recently caught misleading the court in a major corruption case involving a cover up of corruption that allegedly involves persons connectede to both Themis and  its owner Maximus Inc.  After he was caught red-handed, Butler apologized to the court and pretended he had made a mistake.

Legal advisors tell the Editors of this blog that the excuse is, most probably, a complete fabrication because lawyers have a duty to check the facts before they put those facts  in an affidavit that could mislead the court if untrue. 

Legal advisors argue that Butler committed deliberate perjury and then changed his direciton only after he was caught.  They further argue that in any properly managed organization Butler would be fired for corruption, prosecuted for perjury and disciplined by the Law Society of British Columbia. However, these actions are unlikely because the Nazi-like gangsters at BCMJAG are regularly use fraud and perjury as part of their business operations just like Hitler's Gestapo did to conceal their dispicable and inhumane activities.

This means that James Beresford is the person who manages the propaganda, the public lying, the public dishonesty, the public deception and other corrupt garbage that spews, regularly, from that powerful but corrupt Government Ministry that is considered. by some. to be the head office of organized crime in British Columbia.

James Beresford is the son of Christopher "Chris" Beresford (shown in photo on left) and the Director of the one of the most corrupt  agencies of the Government of British Columbia, namely, the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program. operated by Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd the subsidiary of the American company Maximus Inc., a company that has a reputation for fraud and other forms of corruption that is closely connected to Premier Christy Clark through her foremost political advisor, Patrick Kinsella, and his Hastings Park race track buddy, cabinet minister, Rich Coleman. 

The appointment of James Beresford to his position is nepotism.  His father, Chris Beresford, began his career as a communications officer for the British Columbia Ministry of the Attorney General at a time when that Ministry was covering up several crimes carried out onder the administration Premier Bill Vander Zalm, Premier Bill Bennett, Premer Michael Harcourt and Premier Glen Clark.

It is now believed that former Deputy Attorney General Robert Edwards. who died of a sudden heart attack on November 5, 2007, was murdered, as were former senior lawyer, Jack Ebbels, who also suffered a sudden heart attack in Febraury, 201,0 and former Deputy Attorney General, Gillian Walllace, who died of sudden onset cancer in March 2011.

There is good reason to believe Canadian Prime Minister, Stephen Harper has retained former US Secretsary of State Henry Kissinger to assist hiom to insure that this debacle does not taint the Prime Minister's office when the arrests are made.  After Harper visited Henry Kissinger 9nj late September 2012, his first act of damage control was to fire Canada's Deputy Minister of Justice, Myles Kirvan, who like B.C. Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd. lawyer Richard Benwell, shown in photo on the left where he was observed, scurrying like a rat, out of the local court house is in the news again.  Benwell first came to our attention as a crooked, lying, cheating, lawyer in December 2007, when, at the courthouse in Kelowna, in front of Justice Victor Curtis who the Editors believe is another crooked judge, Benwell stood and announced that the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program (FMEP) were adopting as their own all of the fraudulent submissions of the Attorney General of  British Columbia spewed from the crooked and twisted mouth of lawyer Craig Jones.

 

Mr. Craig Jones ( shown in photo on right) was forced to leave the Ministry of the Attoreney General in June 2012 where his corruption was becoming widely known as a result of the publication of Water War Crimes web site that exposed massive lawyer corruption inside that powerful, but corrupt, British Columbia government operation.  Jones has been hired as a professor of law at Thompson Rivers University Law School where he will be teaching the students legal ethics.  The Dean at Thompson River University Law School is the notorious Chris Axworthy who was a member of Parliament from 1988 to 1999.  Axworthy's suddenly left federal politics with the great exodus of dirty insiders who were forced out due ot the Water War Crime scandal.  Axworthy's involvement in that scandal remains a matter of investigation.

Assistant Deputy Attorney General Lies to Protect Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd., employere Joanne Platt

When British Columbia Premier, Christy Clark, was asked to investigate complaints of criminal misconduct by Joanne Platt, the crooked lawyer, working for Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd., a companjy that provides legal services to the BC government, she followed protocal and referred the complaint to her Attorney General who, in turn, followed protocol and referred the issue to her Assistant Deputy, Richard Fyfe, shown above left, who then, in our opinion, proceeded to lie, cheat, and deceive exactly like his colleagues in the British Columbia Attorney General because he wished to protect Joanne Platt instead of do his job properly.

We think Richard Fyfe is just another dishonest, deceiving, dissimulating civil servant covering up crimes by himself and his colleagues. Here are the facts and you can be the judge

In Novemver 2011, after much bureaucratic run around, the Law Society of British Columbia, finally and officially, in writing, refused to investigate a complaint that one of its members, Joanne Platt had been engaged in a criminal offence, i.e. obstruction of justice, whichin most parts of Canada, is generally considered to be improper conduct by a lawyer in addition to being a serious criminal offence.

So, in March 2012, an official conplaint was filed with Premier Christy Clark asking for an internal government investigation of what was, surely, a criminal act carried out by a lawyer who provides legal services to the BC Government.

When the complaint arrived on the desk of Assistant Deputy Attorney General, Richard Fyfe, he got nervous and scared and did what a lot of people do when caught in a crime and on April 19, 2012, he wrote a letter wherein he advised Premier Christy Clark that the British Columbia government did not have the capacity or power to investigate the conduct of a lawyer who provided legal services to the government on a contract basis.

Richard Fyfe's legal opinion was complete and utter nonsense and in our opinion a deliberate lie in order to cover up for criminal activity by Joanne Platt and her colleagues.

The law is easy to read and not very complicated.

Under section 2 of the Attorney General Act the Attorney General “must see that the administration of public affairs is in accordance with law”.

The administration of the powers and duties of the Director of the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program (FMEP) operated by Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd. falls into the classification of “public affairs”.

Furthermore, section 3 (1) of the Attorney General Act gives the Attorney General the power to demand the Director and Themis must “comply with all requirements and standards established by the Attorney General for that public body in respect of …(a) retaining, contracting with or employing persons to provide legal services; and (b) reports on and audits of those legal services” (section 3 (2)).

In addition, the interpretation of these sections is governed by the Interpretation Act, so that the provisions are “always speaking” (section 7) and “must be construed as being remedial, and must be given such fair, large and liberal construction and interpretation as best ensures the attainment of its objects” (section 8).

So, in our opinion, Richard Fyfe is a dirty legal LIAR, not lawyer, but liar, spelled L-I-A-R and he is a danger tro the public, has probably lied and cheated in the past and should be fired immediately before he lies and cheats again. 

Background on Chris Beresford Director FMEP

According to British Columbia government publications, Chris Beresford, shown 5th from left in photo, the present director of the gestapo like Family Maintenance Enforcement Program was with the Corrections Branch as an analyst in or before 1992 located on the 4th flr 910 Government St Victoria. 

The corrections branch is a part of the Ministry of the Attorney General a ministry that is widely regarded as the most corrupt in British Columbia.

In 1993 and 1994 Chris Beresford was still an analyst in the Corrections Branch and his wife and furure NDP political candidate, Charley Beresford, had become an executive assistant to the NDP Health Minister, Elizabeth Cull.  Charley Beresford is a left wing socialist politician who has been rejected by the voters.  She and her husband, Chris, who destroys families by abuse of state power as director of FMEP, are alleged to have two children, one male and one female. 

In 1996, Chris Beresford became a Communications Analyst in the Corrections Branch which was then located at 7th Floor 1001 Douglas Street, the Attorney General Ministry's head office, and on the same floor as the Family Justice Reform unit.

Ujjal Dosanjh 

In 1999 Chris Beresford was the acting director of Attorney General Issues and Event Management unit in the Headquarters Communications Branch. on the 10th floor of 1001 Douglas Street - when the dirty Ujjal Dosanjh was the minister and the crooked Maureen Maloney was deputy attorney general and her dirty deputy minister, Gillian Wallace (one of the many dead insiders murdered as part of the Water War Crimes cover up) was the Assistant Deputy Minister Legal Services Branch.
Alison MacPhail was Assistant Deputy Minister Community Justice and Mary Beeching was acting executive director of Headquarters Communications - among several others who are still in senior management positions in that most corrupt Ministry in the Briitsh Columbia Government.
In 2001, the dirty Premier Ujjal Dosanjh appointed Chris Beresford as director of the corrupt Family Maintenance Enforcement Program a position where he retained under the convicted criminal Premier, Gordon Campbell,  who was finally forced from office when it was becoming widely known that he was paying his Mistress Lara Dauphinee a salary of $150,000 per year from government funds.
