Maximus Canada & Themis, & Brian Pollick, Leah Hollins, and David Flaherty.

Maximus Canada is a wholly owned subsidiary of Maximus Inc., a huge American multi-national corporation controlled by Raymond Ruddy, an arch-conserative Roman Catholic, who is both anti-gay and anti-abortion.

Maximus Canada was incorporated in 2002, when it bought Themis Program Management & Consulting Limited, the Victoria-based company that has delivered the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program (FMEP), on behalf of the Ministry of Attorney General, since 1988.

According to the following BC Government Press Release issued November 4, 2004, the board of founding directors included Brian Pollick, David Flaherty, and Leah Hollins.

·        In July 2003, the ministry issued a business proposal to engage the private sector and identify a suitable partner with capacity to develop innovative solutions, tailored to B.C.’s unique requirements.
·        The business proposal was open to Canadian and international bidders.
·        MAXIMUS was selected as the successful proponent in March 2004.
·        A contract was signed on Nov. 4, 2004 with MAXIMUS after more than one year of searching for a suitable partner and negotiating a contract.
·        MAXIMUS is a U.S.-based company based in Reston, Virginia, that provides business and information technology services to governments worldwide.
·        MAXIMUS has a Canadian subsidiary, MAXIMUS Canada, which owns two separate B.C. companies located in Victoria.
·        Companies’ Boards of Directors will be Canadian citizens who are B.C. residents. They are Brian Pollick, Leah Hollins and David Flaherty.
·        MAXIMUS Canada was incorporated in 2002 when it bought THEMIS Program Management & Consulting Limited, the Victoria-based company that has delivered the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program (FMEP) on behalf of the Ministry of Attorney General since 1988.
·        MAXIMUS BC will introduce leading edge technology to improve the administration of MSP and PharmaCare and improve overall customer service and significantly strengthen privacy.

WHO ARE DAVID FLAHERTY, LEAH HOLLINS, AND BRIAN POLLICK?

David Flaherty

David Flaherty was, at one time, the Information and Privacy Commissioner for the Government of British Columbia where he was a major player in the cover up of illegal activity by insiders with the British Columbia Government in relation to bulk water exports. David Flaherty is the brother of Canada's Finance Minister, Jim Flaherty, who is a member of Canadian Prime Minister, Stephen Harper's cabinet.

Leah Hollins

Leah Hollins is a former Deputy Minister of Health for British Columbia. According to her online biography, Leah Hollins was a government insider for a long time with experience on a number of national, provincial, and private sector boards.

At the present time, Leah Hollins is said to "enjoy a reputation of openness, integrity, high ethical standards, and a passion for the value of the public service enabling support and confidence of politicians, employees and stakeholders to be gained".

Ms. Hollins is a Director of Maximus BC Health Benefit Operation, Inc.

Leah Hollins was appointed by Prime Minister Harper to the Veterans Affairs Departmental Audit Committee, in April 2008. The Veterans had better be careful because if Leah Hollins imports her tactics from Maximus to Veteans Affairs, a lot of lives will be destroyed.

Brian Pollick

As described in a previous post, Brian Pollick was one of the insiders with the British Columbia Ministry of the Attorney General who, along with Leah Hollins, and with the assistance of British Columbia Attorney General, Brian Smith, managed to acquire a lucrative asset from the British Columbia Government. Pollick and Hollins subseqently sold that asset for an undisclosed sum to Maximus Canada Inc.

Hollins and Pollick have hired Brian Smith's son, Christopher Smith, of Victoria, BC, to lobby the British Columbia government to insure their company remains profitable.

Who was Hugh Stansfield

Hugh Stansfield was a dirty B.C. lawyer who first came to attention as a crook in the legal/judicial consiracy that destroyed Dr. John David Kuntz and looted millions from the B.C. health care budget. Stansfield was rewarded with an appointment as a judge where he continued his corruption by playing a role in the destruction of B.C. lawyer, Karl Eisbrenner, who was exposing Gordon Campbell corruption and, later, in the malicious prosecution of B.C. lawyer, John Carten, who was exposing the Water War Crimes - Canada's Greatest Scandal, another crime that the Gordon Campbell Gang were involved in.

ABOUT ME - DEAD DAD

According to the crooked politicians, I was a Dead "Beat" Dad because, even though I paid child support, the recession came and I lost my job in the mill and I couldn't pay child support any more so Themis detroyed my life.

Now, I am just another Dead Dad. There is nothing beating in me any more. My heart stopped.

My children miss me.

I heard my daughters crying for me the other night from my home here in the graveyard.

My son, well, he is so angry that THEMIS and MAXIMUS killed me that he wants to grow up to become a serial killer just to get back at THEMIS and MAXIMUS and the people there and in the Government who killed their Dad.

I don't blame him one little bit.

My ex wife, she is lonely now.

She left me for another guy but he left her probably for the same reasons I left.

The girls resent her instead of their real enemy - THEMIS, MAXIMUS and the Government employees.

There is nothing I can do now because I live in a graveyard.

The "beat" stopped in me, the "Dead Beat Dad", and now I am just another "Dead Dad".
